Please join us on Wednesday\, March 5th from 6:30-7:30pm as San Francisco’s Mayor Lurie turns City Hall blue in honor of Colorectal Cancer Awareness Month. \nMayor Daniel Lurie\, Dr. Alan Ashworth\, cast members from the 2025 Sundance award winning film “Andre the Idiot\,” and more will gather on the steps of San Francisco City Hall on the evening of March 5th for an awareness and remembrance gathering. \nSpeakers will include representatives from the SF Department of Public Health\, UCSF’s Helen Diller Cancer Center\, community partners\, and cancer survivors.  The event will include an appearance by UCSF’s Super Colon – a larger-than-life walk-through display that shows how colon cancer can be detected and prevented. DESCRIPTION:C4 is again partnering with Fight Colorectal Cancer in 2025 for the annual United in Blue event! \nUnited in Blue is a flag installation on the National Mall in Washington\, DC designed to raise awareness around colorectal cancer. Fight CRC is bringing together partners from across the colorectal cancer community and beyond to educate and inspire a sense of urgency among policymakers and the public to do MORE for those impacted by colorectal cancer.  \nThe Rally will take place in the evening before Hill Day! Join us at the flag display at 5:30 PM on Monday\, March 10\, with the Rally kicking off promptly at 6:00 PM. We will be on limited time due to the sunset.  \n
