2025 C4 Community Grants – Funding Cycle Complete

Thank you to all who applied for this grant cycle. We had an overwhelming number of applicants and were only able to fund 9 at $15,000 per award. Check back here in the next week or so if you are interested to learn who was funded and where they are located. All awards started on September 15 and we are looking forward to working with these organizations in the coming year.
