California Health Plan Colorectal Cancer Screening Learning Collaborative – Resource Hub
The American Cancer Society (ACS), the California Colorectal Cancer Coalition (C4), and the California Dialogue on Cancer (CDOC) are piloting a statewide Learning Collaborative designed to support California health plans in improving colorectal cancer screening rates among their enrolled populations.
As part of this initiative, we have created this Resource Hub to support participating health plans with their colorectal cancer screening education, outreach, and engagement efforts for providers, members, patients, and communities across California.
